SDS makes its listing debut today in the ACE market of Bursa Malaysia. Under the IPO, SDS Group raised RM23.99mil from the issuance of 104.29 million new shares at 23 sen per share.
Prestariang, the sole Microsoft licensing solutions provider for the Malaysian Government, has unveiled three components under its master licensing agreement (MLA) 3.0 with the Finance Ministry to encourage digital transformation in the public sector.
The group said the RM222.6mil MLA 3.0 is an extension and renewal of the MLA 2.0.
