KUALA LUMPUR: The agreement between Tenaga Nasional Bhd and Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) trial cargo is an important milestone in the gas market reforms, according to Malaysian Gas Association (MGA).
The cargo is scheduled to be delivered next week, it said, adding that the agreement was the first to be signed since the Third Party Access (TPA) system was introduced in 2017.
