KUALA LUMPUR: Integrated industrial property solutions provider AME Elite Consortium Bhd is seeking a listing on Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd’s Main Market in October, following the launch of its initial public offering prospectus.
According to its prospectus, AME is aiming to raise RM166.6mil through the issuance of 85.42 million new shares at the retail price of RM1.30 per share.
