KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI extended its decline for a second day as investors sold down on plantations stocks while heavyweights Petronas Chemicals and Maybank also weighed.
This was at odds with key regional markets, which turned bullish on Tuesday on reassurances from US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin that US-China talks will resume next month.
