KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas-linked stocks closed lower on Monday and their losses dragged the already fragile FBM KLCI deeper into the red, mirroring the cautious key Asian markets.
At 5pm, the KLCI was down 4.48 points or 0.28% to 1,592.93. Turnover declined to 2.03 billion shares valued at just RM1.38bil compared with the heavy trading volume and value last Friday.
