KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Aviation Commission (MavCom) recorded 810 complaints in January to June this year, of which 798 were lodged against airlines while 12 were lodged against airports.
In its sixth bi-annual Consumer Report for Jan 1,2019 to June 30,2019, MavCom said overall there was a 5.6% drop in the number of complaints compared with 858 complaints in the previous corresponding period.
