Mavcom fines MAHB unit RM1.18mil


PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) has fined Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd (MA Sepang), a subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB), RM1.18mil for not meeting airport service levels for airport users including passengers, airlines and ground handlers.

It said in a statement yesterday that MA Sepang, which operates both the terminals at the KL International Airport (KLIA and KLIA2), had not complied with the Airports Quality of Service Framework (Airports QoS Framework).
