Foreign funds net sellers on Bursa at RM278.7m, MIDF reports

KUALA LUMPUR: Foreign funds remained net sellers on Bursa Malaysia for the eighth straight week, though the pace had gradually declined to RM278.7mil in the week ended Sept 6, MIDF Equities Research says.

“On a year-to-date basis, international funds have taken out -RM7.62bil net worth of local equities from Bursa. This makes up 65% of last year’s total foreign net outflow of -RM11.69bil, ” it said on Tuesday.
