KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia was slightly firmer in Friday trading as global equities rebounded from the selldown experienced earlier in the week on new hopes tacked on to fresh trade talks.
Positive US trade data also helped to alleviate concerns over the impact the trade war has had on the economy, improving investor risk appetite.
