PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand) has received a certificate of award from the Yangon region government for the proposed development of a public housing and mixed development project on a land measuring 183 acres located along Myanandar Road and Shweli Road, Dagon Seikkan township in Yangon, Myanmar.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, BLand said that the proposed development comprised 14 parcels of mixed development including affordable housing, mid to high end condominiums and shop houses among others to be built over three phases.
