Priceworth offers 30% stake to Yayasan Sabah in return for logs supply


Priceworth and its subsidiaries’ logging operations were temporarily affected by the widely reported verifications by authorities and hence, the logs production was nil in July 2019.

KUALA LUMPUR: Yayasan Sabah's investment holding vehicle Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (ICSB) will take a 30% stake in Priceworth International Bhd in return for a supply of logs to the latter under an MoU inked on Tuesday.

Priceworth announced it had approached Yayasan Sabah to procure a constant and sustainable supply of logs from ICSB for processing in PWI’s plywood and sawn timber factories.
