KUALA LUMPUR: United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd (UOB Malaysia) expects total investment approval in the country to reach RM195.0 billion this year against RM204.4 billion in 2018.
Senior economist Julia Goh attributed this to the downbeat global growth prospects following the recent escalation of trade disputes with the potential for further retaliation by the United States (US) and China.
