Sime Property Q2 net profit jumps 340% to RM205.26mil, upbeat on outlook


Sime Property, which has total unbilled sales of RM1.5bil as at end-June, remained upbeat on the outlook, underpinned by the ongoing nationwide Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which has been extended to Dec 31, 2019.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd's net profit jumped by 340% to RM205.26mil in the second quarter ended June 30,2019 from RM46.57mil a year ago due to property development projects and one-off gains.

Sime Property, which has total unbilled sales of RM1.5bil as at end-June, remained upbeat on the outlook, underpinned by the ongoing nationwide Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which has been extended to Dec 31,2019.
