BLand to launch Tower B of The Tropika this year

KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand) plans to launch its Tower B of The Tropika development project in Bukit Jalil by this year, driven by the HouzKEY initiative, in partnership with Maybank.

Senior general manager, property sales and marketing division Tan Tee Ming said the current take-up rate for The Tropika Tower A is 70% while Tower B will be launched once the take-up rate of Tower A reaches 80%.
