PETALING JAYA: Trading in the shares of Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd will be suspended with effect from Aug 28, and the counter will delisted on Aug 30.

In its filings with Bursa Malaysia, the Malay-language newspaper publisher yesterday said it had failed to regularise its condition based on the Main Market listing requirements where the company had failed to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission or Bursa Securities for approval within the stipulated timeframe.
