PETALING JAYA: Eco World Capital Assets Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eco World Development Group Bhd
(EcoWorld Malaysia) has issued RM250mil of medium term notes (MTNs), the balance tranche under its MTN Programme.
Proceeds raised from the issuance will be utilised by Eco World Capital Assets for its general corporate purposes and/or to refinance any existing or for future financing of EcoWorld Malaysia, its group of subsidiaries and joint ventures which EcoWorld Malaysia Group is a party to.
