KUALA LUMPUR: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT) is acquiring two properties in Johor for RM55.8mil cash from Nusajaya Tech Park Sdn Bhd.
The company said its trustee, RHB Trustees Bhd, has inked two sale and purchase deals with Nusajaya Tech Park for the proposed acquisition of properties located within Iskandar Malaysia.
