's (A3 stable) proposed restructuring, if completed as planned, has no immediate impact on its A3 senior unsecured rating, Moody's Investors Service says.
The ratings agency said the proposal would not materially affect TNB's baa2 baseline credit assessment (BCA) or its expectation for the likelihood of government support.
