PETALING JAYA: Boustead Plantations Bhd has announced the appointment of Datuk Syed Tamim Ansari Syed Mohamed, 71, as its chairman, effective Aug 1.

The group said Syed Tamim has 36 years of experience across diverse fields in both public and private sectors, with his areas of specialisation including managing oil palm plantations.
