TIES between Malaysia and China are strong, as it has been through various economic ups and downs which goes back to almost 50 years when diplomatic ties between the two nations were first established. Bilateral trade between Malaysia and China had also hit the US$100bil mark.

There are a lot of trade currents to navigate through but it is brought to an understanding that what both countries have should be preserved and expanded on.
