For sale: There are 12 Columbia Asia hospitals in prime locations including Puchong and Petaling Jaya.

PETALING JAYA: Hong Leong Group and Sime Darby Bhd are among the bidders that have been shortlisted to acquire hospital chain Columbia Asia which is up for sale by owners Columbia Pacific Management Inc.

According to a report by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), the Hong Leong Group is working with American private-equity firm TPG Capital to bid for Columbia Asia.
