PETALING JAYA: Benalec Holdings Bhd
’s unit has proposed to dispose of two sand carrier vessels for US$3.82mil (RM15.82mil).
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, Benalec said its 51%-owned Ocean Pacific Ltd had entered a memorandum of agreement with Regiontrade Sdn Bhd last month to sell the two vessels.
