PETALING JAYA: The Kuala Lumpur High Court has decided in favour of Zen Courts Sdn Bhd in its share valuation hearing, after a nine-year legal battle with Ho Hup Construction Company
Bhd.
The court decided that Ho Hup is to pay RM99.09mil for Zen Court’s 30% stake in Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd (BJD), with the terms of the payment, interest and costs to be determined on July 11, 2019.
