’s wholly-owned subsidiary Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd has secured a contract worth RM89.998 million from Idaman Putrajaya Sdn Bhd for proposed refurbishment works of a hotel in Precinct 5, Putrajaya.
The contract is for a duration of 38 weeks from the date of possession of the site on June 25, 2019, said Mitrajaya in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
