Wegmans seeks transfer to Main Market


The higher revenue was attributed mainly to a higher sales volume from North America, which increased by 91.8% to RM11.876mil compared to the same quarter in 2017

PETALING JAYA: Design-centric home furniture manufacturer Wegmans Holdings Bhd is seeking to transfer the listing and quotation of its entire issued shares and outstanding warrants from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia by the fourth quarter of this year.

The company said the proposed transfer is subject to approvals from the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia and any other relevant authority, if required.
