Public Mutual declares distributions of RM335m for 11 funds


Public Mutual has more than 130 unit trust funds under its management. As at end-March 2019, the total fund size managed by Public Mutual was RM81.6bil.

KUALA LUMPUR: Public Bank’s unit Public Mutual, declared distributions of more than RM335mil for 11 funds. 

It said in a statement on Friday the total gross distributions declared were for the financial year ended May 31.

The gross distribution per unit for the Public China Titans Fund was two sen, Public Far-East Select Fund 0.75 sen and Public Global Select Fund 0.5 sen.

For the Public Regional Sector Fund the distribution was 0.25 sen and Public Dividend Select Fund 0.3 sen per unit.

Public Mutual also said that for the Public Ittikal Fund, the distribution was 1.5 sen, Public Islamic Equity Fund 0.75 sen and Public Islamic Select Treasures Fund 0.5 sen.

For the Public Balanced Fund two sen, Public Select Bond Fund four sen and PB Asean Dividend Fund 1.75 sen.

Public Mutual, which is Malaysia’s largest private unit trust company, said as at end-April 2019, the total fund size managed was RM83bil.
