Scomi Group Bhd surprised investors when it proposed to revise its current issued share capital reduction from RM224.96mil to RM3mil from the earlier RM40mil.
PETALING JAYA: DWL Resources Bhd’s net loss narrowed to RM1.5mil for the third quarter (Q3) ended March 31, 2019, from RM2.3mil in the corresponding quarter last year, thanks to lower losses in its ceramic, construction and property development segments.
During the quarter in review, the ceramics products and construction group saw its revenue fell 27% to RM2.7mil from RM3.7mil in the previous corresponding quarter. Its loss per share (LPS) narrowed to 0.75 sen from 1.15 sen previously.
