KUALA LUMPUR: Pansar Bhd , EcoFirst Consolidated Bhd , Securemetric Bhd, Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS), Yong Tai Bhd and Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd are among the stocks to watch on Tuesday.


Pansar has won a RM77.7mil contract to undertake flood mitigation work in Sibu.


EcoFirst announced that it has called off plans to acquire a 70% stake in private property development firm Geo Valley Sdn Bhd for RM44mil cash.


Securemetric has won two contracts with a combined value of RM3.94mil to supply digital security solutions to Vietcombank.


Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor is acquiring plastic injection moulding company Toyoplas Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for RM311.25mil.


Yong Tai’s chief executive officer Datuk Wira Boo Kuang Loon is injecting RM36mil in cash into the developer, raising his stake to 20% to sustain the group’s ongoing property development projects.


Dayang is proposing to restructure its debt with a RM682.5mil sukuk issuance.


Overnight, the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined by 84.1 points to 25,679.90. The S&P 500 pulled back 0.7% to 2,840.23 while Nasdaq Composite fell 1.46% to 7,702.38.


Earlier, European stocks tumbled as trade concerns escalated and Brexit talks collapsed.


“Following the negative performances in the US and Europe, the FBM KLCI could decline today with support at 1,565 points,” JF Apex said.
