MAA sees higher vehicle sales in May

PETALING JAYA: Vehicle sales for this month are expected to be higher than in April, boosted by the Hari Raya festive season promotional campaign, said Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA).

In statement yesterday, the agency said that sales in the month of April was 8.8%, or 4,812 units, lower than in March this year, as consumers waited for festive deals.
