Seacera inks MoU with S. Korea firm for LED factory


Group managing director Zulkarnin Ariffin said the company, which had first sent in the proposal for the security fence in June last year, was adjusting it following the recent floods in Kelantan.

KUALA LUMPUR: Seacera Group Bhd has tied up with South Korea’s KR EMS Co Ltd to look into the possibility of building a factory to produce light-emitting diode (LED) products in Malaysia.

In a statement, Seacera said both companies signed an MoU over the weekend to look into the venture, with technology provided by KR Global and under the supervision of KR Global. Seacera will also be handling the sales of such products.
