KUALA LUMPUR: JF Apex Research expects Inta Bina Group Bhd, Amcorp Properties Bhd (Amprop) and Gadang Holdings Bhd are among the stocks to watch on Thursday.
The research house noted that Inta Bina has bagged a contract to build two blocks of serviced apartments from Southville City Sdn Bhd for RM178.2mil.
Amcorp Properties is acquiring an effective 20% stake in two premium Grade A office towers in Tampines Grande, Singapore.
This would involve a funding commitment of S$24mil (RM73.2mil).
Gadang has proposed a private placement to raise up to RM62.12mil via the issue of up to 82.825 million new ordinary shares, representing not more than 10% of the enlarged issue of shares of 828.257 million.
Meanwhile, US markets ended mixed overnight due to uncertainties on the US-China trade deal.
Earlier, European stocks climbed on news that Chinese officials would visit the US to make a trade deal.
“Following the mixed performance in the US and Europe, the FBM KLCI could remain sideways below the resistance of 1,655 points,” JF Apex said.
