It said in a statement that Lafarge Cement Sdn Bhd would supply cement from now to Dec 31, 2019 to all eight packages of work for the project.
PETALING JAYA: Following a period of suspension, Lafarge (M) Bhd will resume providing supplies for the proposed East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project with immediate effect.
“The company wishes to announce that following the instruction received by China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd from Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd on April 15, the company has on May 6, received a letter from the client dated April 30, 2019 that the suspension of the company’s supplies shall now be ceased with immediate effect,” said Lafarge in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
