KUALA LUMPUR: India-based personal care giant Wipro Consumer Care has acquired Splash Corp, one of the top personal care companies in the Philippines, a move which will see new products in the Malaysian and Filipino markets.
This is Wipro’ 11th acquisition and the one which completes its footprint across South-East Asia. Wipro made its mark in the region after acquiring Malaysian company Unza to become Wipro Unza (M) Sdn Bhd in 2007.
