RIDE-HAILING company Uber Technologies Inc will unveil terms for its initial public offering (IPO) today, telling investors it will seek to be valued at between US$80bil and US$90bil, according to sources.

The valuation sought is less than the US$120bil valuation that investment bankers told Uber last year it could fetch, and closer to the US$76bil valuation it attained in its last private fundraising round last year.
