KUALA LUMPUR: Yeoh Jin Hoe has finally won the corporate battle over arch rival Datuk See Teow Chuan to take full control of Kian Joo Can Factory Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Can-One Bhd
said it has obtained a 95.88% control of shares Kian Joo. This allows Can-one to force a compulsory acquisition of all shares in Kian Joo held by dissenting shareholders.
