PETALING JAYA: SkyWorld Development Group is acquiring a 13.61-acre site in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur from the KL mayor for RM176mil for its proposed SkySierra mixed development.
In a statement yesterday, the city developer said the first phase of the project would comprise 1,309 residential units that are expected to be launched in the second half of the year.
