TNB down following Khazanah’s share placement


SEREMBAN, 27 Dis -- Kerajaan melalui Kementerian Tenaga, Sains, Teknologi, Alam Sekitar dan Perubahan Iklim (MESTECC) memperuntukkan RM80 juta untuk memberi Rebat Bil Elektrik berjumlah RM40 kepada 185,000 miskin tegar dan miskin yang berdaftar dan disahkan dalam Sistem eKasih bermula 1 Januari ini.
Program rebat bil elektrik adalah selaras dengan hasrat kerajaan untuk memastikan kebajikan dan kualiti hidup rakyat seperti yang telah dinyatakan dalam Bajet 2019 pada 2 November lepas.

PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) shares plunged to a three-year low after major shareholder Khazanah Nasional Bhd offered to sell TNB shares under a share placement to raise RM1.05bil.

At 5pm yesterday, TNB shares fell 52 sen to RM12.16.
