Seacera shareholder calls for EGM for board changes


Big shareholder: Tan owns 12.23% or 55.35 million shares in Seacera, has called for an EGM to be held on April 29.

PETALING JAYA: About a month from today, Seacera Group Bhd will hold its EGM to remove two directors. A substantial shareholder has sought to get himself and four others appointed to the board.

Tiger Synergy Bhd executive chairman Datuk Tan Wei Lian, who now owns a 12.23% stake or 55.35 million shares in Seacera, has called for the EGM to be held on April 29.
