Uzma wins PTTEP contract


Scomi Group Bhd surprised investors when it proposed to revise its current issued share capital reduction from RM224.96mil to RM3mil from the earlier RM40mil.

PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas company Uzma Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, MMSVS Group Holdings Co Ltd, has been awarded a contract for the provision of onshore hydraulic workover services (340K) for PTTEP International Ltd, PTTEP Siam Ltd and PTTEP Sp Ltd.

PTTEP is Thailand’s national petroleum exploration and production company. The tenure of the contract is three years from March 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022, with an option of an extension of a maximum period of one year.
