CapitaLand REIT pursues RM4.5bil Duo office tower


Sales talks: CapitaLand Commercial Trust may be in talks on a potential acquisition of the Duo office and retail development in Singapore.

KUALA LUMPUR: CapitaLand Commercial Trust, Singapore’s biggest office landlord, is among suitors in talks about a potential acquisition of the Duo office and retail development in the city, sources said.

The real estate investment trust (REIT) has been negotiating the purchase of a 39-storey office building called Duo Tower, along with the connected Duo Galleria mall, according to the sources. The property could be valued at more than S$1.5bil (RM4.52bil), a source said.
