KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd said its 50% joint venture company Retro Highland Sdn Bhd is planning a RM16.3bil mixed development in Cheras.
The project will be located on a 77.8 acres of leasehold land awarded to the company in exchange for developing quality sustainable people housing (QSPH) for Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
