Rehda Penang chief Datuk Toh Chin Leong(pic) said in an interview that in April, the Mapex event would be held from April 12-14 at Setia SPICE in Bayan Baru, while the dates and venue for the Mapex scheduled in June had yet to be finalised.
George Town: Some 25 to 30 developers are expected to participate in the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) in Penang, scheduled for mid-April and June.
The event will be promoted under the Malaysia Property Exposition (Mapex), organised by the Penang Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda).
