GEORGE TOWN: Kuala Lumpur-based developers expect sales from Penang to continue contributing positively to their revenue this year, despite the bleak property market outlook.

Mah Sing Group Bhd founder and managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the group expects the sales from Penang to generate 11% of the group’s 2019 revenue, which is more than the 5% generated in 2018
