KUALA LUMPUR: Engineering services firm AWC Bhd registered a 29% increase in net profit to RM13.08mil for the first half of the financial year ending June 30, 2019 (FY19) as compared to the same period last year.

The significant growth in earnings was due to a strong performance across all divisions and maiden contribution from the rail division.
