Globetronics quarterly net profit down 12%


Looking ahead, Globetronics said that based on customer forecast, it expects the group

PETALING JAYA: Globetronics Technology Bhd’s net profit for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31 dropped 12.2% to RM21.98mil, while revenue decreased 21.52% to RM82.24mil.

The lower revenue and net profit were mainly due to softer volume loadings from certain customers in the group and an impairment loss on property, plant and equipment of RM3.04mil recognised in the accounts for the quarter.
