Price war weighs on GDeX


GDeX executive director and chief investment officer Jerry Lee said the price war is expected to run over the next couple of years, after which he reckons that the courier services industry will see consolidations occuring

KUALA LUMPUR: GD Express Carrier Bhd (GDeX) will likely see a flattish set of earnings for the financial year ending June 30, 2019 (FY19), as the group rides out the price war wave.

Currently, there are 120 last mile delivery companies in Malaysia.
