KUALA LUMPUR: RAM Holdings Bhd has appointed Tan Sri Amirsham A Aziz as its chairman, succeeding Tan Sri Wan Abdul Aziz Wan Abdullah, whose tenure ended on Jan 31.
According to the ratings agency, Amirsham has served as an independent director on RAM Holdings' board since 2013.
"The RAM Board of Directors is confident that Tan Sri Amirsham’s proven track record of accomplishments and extensive experience in diverse sectors will steer RAM in the right direction into the next phase of growth," it said in a statement.
