Toll discount of 10% on KL-Karak Highway, East Coast Expressway during CNY

KUALA LUMPUR: Anih Bhd, the concessionaire for Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK) and East Coast Expressway Phase 1 (LPT 1), will be offering a 10% discount for Class 1 vehicle users on toll charges in conjunction with Chinese New Year 

In a statement Friday, Anih said the toll discount is from  12.00 midnight to 11.59 pm on Tuesday, Feb 5, 2019.

Executive director Datuk Nik Fauzi Nik Hussein said the toll discount, which has been part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative since 2011, was aimed at rewarding KLK and LPT 1 users.

The concessionaire expects peak travelling period on February 1 (from 9am) and February 4 (from 3pm) for traffic heading towards east coast while on Feb 9 and 10, between 3pm and 12pm for traffic heading towards Kuala Lumpur.
