MAHB, Tourism Malaysia allocate RM20mil for fund

SEPANG: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) and Tourism Malaysia have jointly allocated a total of RM20mil to boost Malaysian tourism and increase international tourist arrivals in 2019.

The multi-million-ringgit fund, under the Joint International Development Tourism Programme (JIDTP), is expected to deliver a return on investment (ROI) of at least 5% higher than last year’s RM1.1bil ROI achieved via a pilot project version of JIDTP.
