KUALA LUMPUR: AMMB Holdings Bhd
has appointed Jeyaratnam A/L Tamotharam Pillai as the new chairman of AmInvestment Bank Bhd effective from Jan 25, 2019, a Bursa filing from AMMB said. He replaces Tan Sri Azman Hashim.
Jeyaratnam, 63, was appointed to the board of AmInvestment Bank Bhd on Oct 1, 2018 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
